The Envo D35is the second generation of Envo e-bikes designed by EnvoDrive Systems in Canada for the steep hills of British Columbia, the freezing temperatures of Alberta, the cold wind of the Maritimes, the long commutes of Ontario and Quebec with all of the above applied.
To offer the maximum legal power of (500 Watts) and up to100 kmautonomy, the EnvoD35 design does not compromise weight, appearance, ergonomics, to maintain a “bike” characteristic with the added bonus of extra boost. This is where the Envo electric bike differentiates itself from most of its competitors.
The D35 is built with a strong hydroformed aluminum alloy frame, super lightweight, sleek and unisex is a small, medium and large frame size suitable for 5' to 6'6" rider. It is capable of a rider up to 330 pounds and offers an ergonomic shape, allowing the rider to get on and off with ease. The frame is specially designed to minimize all vibrations and noise from the drive system, the straight wheelbase for high speed and a pleasant ride on paved and unpaved roads.
The Envo battery powering the D35 is a super lightweight, downtube-mounted, lizard-style Li-Ion pack in a sleek, slim ABS case with auto-connect plug, complete with charge indicator, safety lock and accessories. The battery is removable and can achieve a range of up to 100 km per charge at pedal assist level no. 1. The battery can be charged on or off the bike frame using the small lithium-ion battery charger. Smart ion portable CC-CV. The Envo Battery is a Brand A Li-Ion battery, consisting of Samsung, LG or Panasonic Li-Ion cells and a BMS that prevents the battery from overcharging, overcharging and other dangerous activities, thereby increasing the duration cyclical and calendar life of the battery. Battery cells have been selected to perform best in freezing temperatures.
The EnvoD35 is equipped with a powerful, waterproof geared hub motor that delivers (500 Watts) of power (620 Watts Peak) and 60 Nm of torque. The D35 is a legalized street bike with speed, torque and horsepower legalized across Canada and most parts of the United States. Our motors are 50% lighter than all other geared hub motors in Canada, yet they offer 50% more torque and 25% more battery efficiency. These ENVO engines are developed for more than 20,000 km without maintenance.
ADJUSTABLE STEM
The adjustable handlebar stem on the D35 allows the rider to make the adjustment ergonomically, whether you like an absolute upright or performance pedaling position.
FORK
The adjustable, lockable fork with solid 30mm fork legs adds stability and high-speed handling on trails and asphalt. It reduces shock to the frame and battery system and provides ultimate comfort.
HEADLIGHT
The D35 is equipped with a high output and bright 40 LUX LED headlight powered by the main battery and controlled by a keypad on the handlebars.
TIRES
27.5 x 1.95 tiresinches the best-proven outer diameter for a commuter bike (i.e. 700C), but more cushioned that improves ride comfort, dynamic maneuverability and maneuverability on different terrains. The tires are quite fat and knobby for better grip on wet cement, asphalt, dirt or gravel trails, creating minimal noise and drag for normal urban paved walks.
TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
The well-designed 48T8- speed chain ring and 11-32 cassette transmission help you overcome up to 25% slope when climbing a hill on gear 1 or at a speed of 40 Km /h in gear 8 with gentle peddling.
HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKE
High-end hydraulic disc brakes equipped with electrical cut-off sensors provide more safety to the bike as well as the rider.
