Delivery information

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Turbo Kids ships across Canada from Quebec and we provide all shipments with a tracking number.

All necessary health precautions are applied and we also offer a contactless drive-thru pickup service, which you can select via the shopping cart.

The delivery time is fast. From (2 to 5) working days, if the item is in stock.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an update by email or text with shipping details and the associated tracking number.
Turbo Kids delivers its packages via several carriers.

It may take up to 2 business days before you receive delivery notification and/or a tracking number. Any follow-up requests made before this deadline will not be responded to.

Typically, packages arrive directly at your home. If you enter a PO Box for your shipping address, Turbo Kids may need to contact you to provide an alternate shipping address.

Please note that tracking information may be updated only one (1) business day after your order ships. It is therefore possible that you receive your package before the tracking number in certain central regions.

A signature is required upon receipt of the product, to avoid theft of merchandise.

SHIPPING NOT DELIVERABLE

Be careful to enter your address correctly!

Any delivery destination error related to an incorrect address provided will result in delays and additional costs.

Shipments returned by our carrier due to undeliverable/incorrect address will be the customer's responsibility. All costs associated with reshipping will be charged and must be paid by the customer before being reshipped. For any returned packages the shipping costs we originally paid will be charged.

SECOND DELIVERY CHARGES

Our packages are very large. Shipping costs are determined based on delivery areas, volume and weight of the material shipped.

If you are not on site during delivery you will have to assume the costs of 2nd delivery to collect your item. If applicable, the item will be returned to us and the delivery and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the item.

From (2 to 5) business days for Quebec and Ontario.
From (3 to 10) business days for other provinces.
